- Easy to operate
- Impeccable efficiency
- Resistant to rust
Waste water can be best treated by approaching the biological approach. The method needs to destroy the organic compounds using bacteria in the aerobic situations. The bacterias present in aeration tanks are nurtured regularly.
- Variable pressure
Vortex blowers are designed to dynamically discharge air. Except the bearings, these blowers don't have any wearable parts and these are able to work in vacuum modes and compression. Since bearings are placed outside compression zone, they are not exposed to heat, which eventually gives them a longer life as compared to the bearings that are exposed to excessive heat.
Rotary blowers that possess a two-trident rotor in parallel, act like a piston that rotates only within the housing. These rotary blowers have a usage in oil-free air compression and are attached through a synchronous transmission. Also with the non-contact run, it doesn't need for rotor lubrication.
Rotary Blower comprises following main parts:
- 2 bearing compartments
- 2 covers
Air moves under rotor's power under the cylindrical housing. It moves from around the suction point to the displacement point, where it gets compressed. Bearing compartments are placed on both sides of cylinder and the compartment has oil that is used to lubricate shaft axis and gearing. Due to special seals, the oil doesn't penetrate into the body, synchronous transmission zone and rotor landing slots.
